Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients in need of recruitment/staff augmentation services across IT, non-IT, Healthcare, Pharma etc.
  • Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn), lead generation, and market research.
  • Understand client requirements, workforce plans, and hiring pain points to propose customized staffing solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure alignment and timely fulfillment.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and upselling opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for new client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools and regular reporting to management.


 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales in the recruitment / staffing industry (client augmentation focus preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment

Bachelor's degree
