Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in comparable field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered.
• Good understanding of Recruitment process, Market Research, Contract Negotiation, Client coordination, Customer satisfaction, Lead generation, Customer retention are highly preferred.
• Having a good understanding of Sourcing tools, Job boards, LinkedIn RPS is a plus.
