Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the USA market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential prospects.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve inside sales targets through cold calling and LinkedIn outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless GTM strategy implementation.
- Must have worked on CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to offer informed solutions to clients.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5years of experience in business development, with a focus on the USA market. (Work experience in USA central time zone will be given preference)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in the night shift from 4 PM onwards.
- Willingness to work from our office in Hyderabad.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
