We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Lead Generation) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, helping us expand our client base in the IT/Non-IT industries. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through market research and lead generation strategies.
  • Generate high-quality leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
  • Maintain and update a database of prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Track and report lead generation activities and performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation within IT/Non-IT industries.
  • Strong research skills to identify and target potential clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-driven mindset with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking systems is a plus
