Description

Responsibilities:

Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors across a portfolio of major clients.
Manage relationships with CXOs, CXO -1s, and other key decision-makers, understanding their organizational culture and strategic goals
Contribute to all phases of the sales lifecycle, directly driving business development within key accounts.
Expand relationships by regularly proposing solutions aligned with client strategies or immediate objectives.
Generate new sales to support overall account growth and performance.
Acquire a deep understanding of key customer goals, needs, and requirements.
Monitor active workstream progress and act as the main point of contact for client concerns and needs.
Facilitate timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
Address issues, resolve complaints, and ensure client satisfaction.
Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies to meet or exceed performance metrics.
Forecast and track account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.


Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 8+ years as Business Development Executive/Account Manager or in a related role within an IT services/consultancy company (must have).
Minimum 10+ years working with Healthcare Provider clients in the IT services/consultancy sector (must have).
Hands-on experience with the Canadian and/or US healthcare system (must have).
In-depth understanding of the Provider and MedTech industries, including trends, value chains, regulatory environments, and challenges.
Expertise in technical sales and solutioning, particularly in cloud, data, and artificial intelligence solutions (must have).


Other Qualifications:

Knowledge of healthcare industry-specific challenges, including regulatory requirements and operational workflows.
Strong negotiation skills, particularly in managing contractual lifecycles, MSAs, and SoWs.
Ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders and provide consultative, value-driven solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to manage accounts as standalone business units.
