Business Development Director

Identify and qualify new business opportunities with the U.S. Air Force

Maintain a strong opportunity pipeline aligned to growth goals

Conduct market research, analyze budgets, and assess competition

Engage directly with government and industry partners

Support proposal development and capture planning

Brief senior leadership on pipeline and strategy

Collaborate across teams to align with company-wide growth initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably technical)

10+ years of BD/capture experience with DoD agencies

Proven success winning contracts (large/small) across IDIQs and TOs

Strong industry relationships and teaming experience

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:

Experience with Air Force pursuits

Familiarity with BAAs, OTAs, IAC MAC, and OASIS IDIQs

Secret clearance preferred
