Description

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Director to join our team and drive new logo acquisition for Microland's services portfolio in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve set targets.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to design and propose solutions that meet their needs.
  • Present the value of Microland's solutions to all levels of customer management.
  • Drive deals from opportunity identification to closing.
  • Build and propose transformational services to customers.
  • Map competition and develop appropriate winning sales strategies.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key partners and influencers.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales and marketing plans.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • 10+ years of Sales New Business Development experience in an IT Services company.
  • 5+ years in sales (Hunting – New Logo).
  • Last 3+ years' US enterprise accounts experience in IT Outsourcing sales - with a strong IT Infrastructure background; Customer facing role with C-level executives.
  • Handled large, complex bids in IT Outsourcing / IT Managed Services / Cloud Services.
  • Previous work experience with global Systems Integrators (SIs).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding goals.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-driven.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.

 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration.
  • Experience selling IT and OT services.
  • Well versed with the nuances of the region and well networked.
  • Knowledge of both IT and OT (Operations Technology) services.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, especially in Aerospace and Defense
