We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our Skill Connect team. The primary responsibility of this role is to onboard skill institutes and generate revenue through strategic partnerships and collaborations

Identify and approach potential skill development institutes to partner with Skill Connect.

Present the benefits of joining the UniConnect platform to institute management and decision-makers.

Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of institutes onto the Skill Connect platform.

Generate Revenue:


 

Develop and implement effective strategies to generate revenue through partnerships with skill institutes.

Achieve monthly revenue targets by driving sales and fostering strong relationships with partners.

Identify new business opportunities and avenues for revenue growth.

Client Relationship Management

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience of 3+ years in business development, sales, or a related role.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of the education and skill development sector.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.
