Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager with experience in the IT services sector. The ideal candidate must have strong skills in lead generation through LinkedIn, cold calling, and online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc. You will play a key role in driving sales growth by identifying and converting potential clients from international markets.

  • Identify and engage potential leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.)
  • Create compelling proposals and submit bids on relevant projects on freelance portals.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, design, project management) for accurate estimation and proposal creation.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
