Description

  • mplement, manage and maintain tracking across FEP and vendor portal sites, using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure various initiatives.
  • Gather data and report on all FEP digital assets.
  • Collaborate with partners to investigate and resolve any data-discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve any network or defects in data.
  • Support pre- and post-release data validation activities.
  • Conduct user management activities for Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Tableau access

Product Performance

  • Collaborate with FEP teams and vendors outside of the DX program to collect, analyse and report data on product performance on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
  • Conduct Targeted Experiments, which includes measuring, analysing, and providing insight on targeted product performance to assist in product planning and identify problem/opportunity areas requiring deeper investigation or action.
