Business Data Analyst

Our client is looking for a Business Data Analyst to join their Team! The Business Data Analyst will provide a detailed analysis of performance using a variety of data sources. This role will use KPI’s to provide insight into key trends on performance, demand drivers, cost implications, and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data, identifying anomalies
• Deliver analytical reporting, recommending enhancement solutions for efficiency where appropriate
• Ensure accurate documentation of data elements, reports, and processes/procedures
• Follow processes and protocols for ensuring quality reporting and analysis
• Identify ways to ensure data integrity and validate reporting results to deliver a high degree of confidence in the final outcome
• Perform ad hoc analysis as needed, support special projects, and UAT as assigned

Top skills you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics or Mathematics (or 5+ years of relevant work experience in business, statistical or data analysis)
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in using Microsoft SQL
• Ability to assimilate facts/data from various sources & develop analysis that provide key business insight
• Ability to identify obstacles and develop solutions
• Strong organizational and time management
• Effective communicator - written and verbal
• Self-accountability with high standards of personal performance
• Proper general business acumen and professional maturity
• Knowledge of Business Objects nice to have
• Call Center/ Sales Center Data Knowledge nice to have
