What We're Looking For:

This position will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program which encompasses the governance of Technology Recovery (aka Disaster Recovery), Business Continuity, and Vendor Continuity at TFS.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate the company’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program including Business Continuity, Technical Recovery, and Vendor Continuity.
Provide effective second line challenge and oversight of BCM plans.
Develop, review, and enhance Business Continuity Management policy, programs, and procedures.
Build relationships with cross-functional teams across 50 different departments to ensure effective disaster recovery planning.
Utilize terminology related to risk review, infrastructure, and testing in both cloud and on-premises environments.
Identify challenges in current processes and propose innovative solutions for improvement.
Requirements:

Qualifications/What You Bring (Must Have):

1-3 years of experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM). (Must Have)
Ability to develop strong partnerships and influence people across various departments.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
High School Diploma is required.
Bonus If You Have (Preferred):

2-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in auto finance.
A bachelor’s degree in emergency management, Risk Management, Business Studies, or equivalent work experience.
Certifications such as Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certified Business Continuity Manager (CBCM), or equivalent.
Experience with Lucid and/or eGRC Archer BCM module.
