Description

  • Ensure functionality and usability of software applications. Ensure optimal performance and usability for various system users. Provide root cause analysis.
  • Create design documents and development in an agile environment. Perform UAT testing. Monitor performance metrics. Develop PL/SQL code. Support teams to deliver high quality products.
  • Troubleshoot errors and application issues via periodic testing and help desk tickets. Fix defects/bugs, debug data flow, and prepare documentation to promote code to higher environments.
  • Deliver business process flow and user interface requirements like Graphical User Interfaces, Screen, and Interface mock-ups. Provide two tier support to applications and aid end users, and identify issues in production. Analyze applications and recommend necessary upgrades and patches.
  • Work with MS Office Tools, MS Project, Visio, Share point, Selenium, Work fusion, TFS, Automation anywhere, RPA, JIRA, PEGA, Confluence, SQL management studio, oracle. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electr Engineering, or a related field (will accept a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in lieu of a Master's) and 1 year experience (or 1 year experience in a related occupation).
  • QUALIFICATION :  Must have 1 year ensuring functionality and usability of software applications; ensuring optimal performance and usability for system users; performing UAT testing; monitoring all performance metrics; providing root cause analysis; creating design documents and development in an agile environment. .
  • Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time.
