Role Description: 
Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

Liaise between business and technical professionals to architect solutions and build a mutual understanding between critical processes, applications, and technical requirements.
Work with project managers in interfacing with clients. This includes leading or participating in weekly meetings, requirements gathering, business needs identification and other ad-hoc communications.
Build working knowledge of DOT Drupal content management system, includng web content publishing workflows, taxononmy, web content authoring. Provide content management expertise, resolving end user issues and offering training.
Define new CMS capabilities based on client requirements

Education Level : Bachelors Degree
