Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing business needs, identifying areas for improvement, and working with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that project requirements are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Translate business needs into technical specifications.

Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and other teams to deliver solutions.

Conduct gap analysis, SWOT analysis, and impact assessments.

Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders.

Monitor project progress and report risks or roadblocks.

Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that deliverables meet business expectations.

Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a remote setup.

Strong understanding of business processes and system analysis.

Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, SQL, or similar.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Agile/Scrum methodology experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in [specific domain: e.g., Finance, Healthcare, SaaS].

Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA, or similar certification.

Experience working with data analytics or BI tools.
