Experience Required:
•Prior experience of 3 to 5 years in managing banking projects involving multiple stakeholder engagement.
•Proven track record of managing the development and delivery of Digital programs.
Key Accountabilities of the role
Strategic Initiatives:
•Act as a key support to Business Owner in coordinating with key
internal stakeholders, including the executive management, IT, Credit
Policy, Legal, CPR, Sharia, Compliance teams etc on collating
requirements for launch of new digital initiatives.
•Support Business Owner in aligning internal stakeholders on the
process flows, UI / UX and gathering credit rules to be configured as a
part of the deployment of new journeys.
•Review and finalize the communication templates including obtaining
necessary approvals internally across stakeholders.
•Support Business Owner in implementation of digital programs
aligning with the bank’s overall objectives and enhance customer
experience.
•Support Business Owner in preparing a detailed project update along
with key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
•Support in delivery of new Digital onboarding journeys which includes Covered Cards, Home Finance & Auto Finance.
Business Optimization & Monitoring
•Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience on digital platforms,
focusing on mobile app functionality, usability, and accessibility.
Customer Experience
• Customer Performance monitoring to analysis the customer needs and behaviors and the interactions on Digital Journeys.
•Ensure the delivery of Digital Initiatives has consistency across
different products implementing learnings to enhance the journeys
and customer experience.
Cross Functional Alignment:
•Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on digital
goals and initiatives.
•Develop and refresh the digital journeys, ensuring involvement of all
the relevant stakeholders on a timely manner, ensuring approvals are
in place for new launches.
Internal Controls, Risk and Strategic Direction
•Highlight gaps in Internal risk & control processes and take actions to mitigate any risks.
•Ensure that governance frameworks and controls are being considered thoroughly and maintained.
•Ensure regulatory compliance, CPR, Legal and Sharia requirements are met in delivery and execution of initiatives.
