Business analyst

We are seeking a hi ghly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication, accurate requirement gathering, and delivery of effective solutions that align with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

8+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.

Strong expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.

Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Domain experience in Banking/Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, or IT Services is preferred.
