Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting the needs and requirements of stakeholders for a new Software Application, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams and ensuring final deliverables meet the intended objectives. Additionally, you will also serve as a technical writer creating user manuals, documentation and training materials catering for different audiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
  • Development of process maps and workflows to visualize business processes. Repeat process steps with users to fully understand business needs.
  • Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with project objectives.
  • Create detailed requirement documents and UI visuals.
  • Validate requirements through testing and feedback sessions with users.
  • Support project teams in maintaining a clear understanding of the requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts, product teams, and developers to gather information and translate complex technical concepts into accessible content for various audiences

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software program management, requirements analysis, software documentation or a similar role.
  • Experience using requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Familiarity with general UI design trends and practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with general UI design trends and practices
  • Proficiency in tools like Lucidchart and Visio
  • Proficiency in wireframing tools like Figma and Balsamiq

 

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in tools like Lucidchart and Visio
  • Proficiency in wireframing tools like Figma and Balsamiq
  • Basic knowledge of data modeling and database concepts.
  • Software requirements management and documentation
