Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Process Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis to identify and prioritize automation opportunities across departments.
  2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather detailed requirements, define project scope, and document current and future state process flows.
  3. Documentation Development: Create Process Definition Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and user stories for effective automation design.
  4. Technical Collaboration: Work closely with RPA developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  5. Testing & Validation: Participate in testing automated processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to requirements.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Analyze implemented automations and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  7. Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize a backlog of automation opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
  8. Education & Workshops: Facilitate training sessions to educate stakeholders on RPA concepts and best practices.
  9. Governance Policies: Contribute to developing and maintaining RPA standards, guidelines, and governance policies.
  10. Industry Trends: Stay informed about emerging RPA technologies and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications

Required

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3+ years as a Business Analyst focusing on process improvement and automation.
  • Process Expertise: Proficiency in analyzing business processes and creating visual representations like process flow diagrams.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities to address challenges effectively.
  • Agile Development: Experience working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred

  • RPA Platforms: Hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare industry and its workflows.
  • Scripting Languages: Knowledge of Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting tools.
  • Database Concepts: Understanding of SQL and database structures.
