Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
• Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
• Research, gather and synthesize information. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) is required.
• Advanced level of proficiency in Data Analysis & Interpretation is recommended.
• Develop innovative strategies for integrating Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) into business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data analysis and interpretation techniques for improved decision-making.
• Lead the development of comprehensive reports based on research findings to drive business solutions.
• Utilize advanced AIOps tools to optimize IT operations and enhance overall business performance.
