Description

Lead requirements gathering for policy administration, claims, and billing system migration.
Define and document data conversion and system integration strategies.
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to support the configuration of new solutions.
Analyze and identify risks and dependencies in migration activities.
Ensure smooth transition of business rules, underwriting guidelines, and workflows.
Facilitate UAT, user training, and post-migration validation.
Maintain regulatory compliance and documentation for business processes.

Required Experience and Skills
Guidewire Data Migration experience required.
Minimum 5 years of Guidewire experience (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
10+ years of experience in P&C insurance industry.
5+ years of experience in core system implementations.
Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and system configuration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a distributed environment.
Certifications
Guidewire Cloud Certification (Aspen to Las Lenas) in a product track required.
Relevant Guidewire Certifications (ACE, Specialist, Associate, or Professional) in On-premises or Cloud implementations
Nice to Have Skills/Experience
CPCU, AINS, or similar insurance industry certifications.
Background in process improvement and optimization.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience working with distributed teams.
Up to 35% travel required
