Description


  • College diploma or university degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience (10+ years in application development).
  • 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on consumer credit card management and collections/ recovery strategies
  • Proficiency across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and product lifecycle.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project. Desirable Skills:
  • Strong solutioning skills with TSYS options and vendor ecosystems.
  • In-depth experience with TSYS TS2 and related systems (Issuer and Network), including setup and configuration for: O Terms o Products & features; o Family card; o Statements; o Rewards; o Card management; o Authorizations; o TRIAD; o Collections; o AACE or ADM
