5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on consumer credit card management and collections/ recovery strategies
Proficiency across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and product lifecycle.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project. Desirable Skills:
Strong solutioning skills with TSYS options and vendor ecosystems.
In-depth experience with TSYS TS2 and related systems (Issuer and Network), including setup and configuration for: O Terms o Products & features; o Family card; o Statements; o Rewards; o Card management; o Authorizations; o TRIAD; o Collections; o AACE or ADM
