•       Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collect and analyses business requirements from stakeholders to ensure the systems align with organizational goals. This involves understanding current processes and identifying areas for improvement.

•       Data Analysis: Create end to end lifecycles and data flows for all the key entities of Web & mobile Applications and liaise with business and IT stakeholders to document the Data Migration and Data Integration strategies

•       Process Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement. Recommend changes to ensure the systems support streamlined and effective workflows.

•       Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including management, IT, and end-users, to ensure all parties are aligned on the systems implementation objectives and progress.

•       System Configuration and Customization: Work with technical teams to ensure the systems are configured and customized to meet business requirements. This includes defining workflows, user roles, and access permissions.

•       Change Management: Assist in managing organizational change by preparing stakeholders for the transition to the new systems. Develop strategies to address resistance and ensure smooth adoption.

•       User Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive user documentation and training materials to support the effective use of the systems. Conduct training sessions to ensure users are proficient in utilizing the system.

•       Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in system testing to ensure the systems meet business requirements and function as expected. Identify and resolve any issues before full deployment.

•       Post-Implementation Monitoring and Support: Monitor the systems post-implementation to ensure they continue to meet business needs. Gather feedback from users to identify areas for further improvement and provide ongoing support.

•       Requirements organization on multiple modules, should handle multiple modules of the product.

•       Master strategic business process modelling, traceability and quality management techniques

•       The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.

•       Ability to draw process flow diagrams & Project Charters.

•       Review of test scenarios, test cases, process change requests, and manage a project's scope, acceptance criteria.

•       Handling Walkthroughs/discussions with offshore and onshore team

•       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that change initiatives are aligned with business goals and integrated seamlessly with existing processes.

•       Support the program management with impact assessment for change requests on design, scope, time, budget or effort on program plan and provides accurate estimates for handling new requirements, design changes and scope.

•       Having good experience on handling Product and projects within Multi Integrated Applications ecosystem like CRM, Mobile App, ERP, Communication Stack
