Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist in the identification and definition of Infrastructure core program requirements and deliverables. Infrastructure core includes modernize network, multi-cloud, collaboration, end user services.
• Ensure a common understanding by setting expectations in accordance with the Project Plan, in order to align the stakeholders and team members.
• Create, organize and contribute to training curriculum for selected technology platform(s).
• Communicate status showing progress towards defined goals and tasks, as well as to highlight discovered opportunities and next steps on key processes.
• Implement the approved actions and workarounds required to mitigate project risk events in order to minimize the impact of the risks on the project.
• Coordinate implementation of related project activities and provide guidance and support to other team members.
• Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for IT Services.

Required Skills

• Ability to engage with international teams across multiple initiatives that span various lines of business, geographic borders, time zones and cultures.
• Must be able to write SQL (My-SQL or PL-SQL) queries.
• Ability to implement the approved actions and workarounds required to mitigate project risk events in order to minimize the impact of the risks on the project.
• Analysis and recommendations will influence organization-level strategy, processes and decisions.
• Effective leadership, organization, and planning skills, with ability to handle changing priorities.
• Excellent communications, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Must be a self-starter, able to work in team environment and motivate others.

Required Experience

• 5+ plus years experience working as a Business Analyst.
• 5+ years experience in a core Infrastructure related field.
• 2+ years working experience as a Business Analyst; Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with SQL or query based search a must
• Experience conducting Facilitated Workshops for requirements analysis.
• Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field
