- 2+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP ( if they don’t have Oracle Fusion then just Oracle ERP is ok)
- High-level understanding of enterprise business processes (P2P, O2C).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira Service Management preferred).
- Ability to document business requirements clearly (BRD writing).
- Experience in finance or information systems; ideally someone who understands procurement workflows (e.g., PR to PO process).
- Not expected to configure systems—functional understanding is sufficient.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Oracle support team for troubleshooting and reporting.
- Handle onboarding/offboarding, user access reviews, and L1 support.
- Fill out BRDs, take meeting minutes, and follow up with business stakeholders.
