Description

  • Assist in gathering, understanding, and documenting business objectives, specifications, and requirements for projects.
  • Analyze the business needs of clients and stakeholders to help identify business problems.
  • Contribute to defining, designing, and documenting business flows and processes for small and medium-sized projects.
  • Actively work with the team to investigate operational needs, problems, and opportunities, aiming to contribute to improvements within the assigned responsibilities.
  • Gather Business Requirements Determination (BRD) documents and specifications for enhancements.
  • Collaborate directly with Architects and Product Owners to oversee the technical aspects of IT projects.
  • Employ Agile/SCRUM methodology values, principles, and practices to effectively plan, and deliver solutions along with the team lead
  • Participate actively in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to gather quality requirements and specifications.
