Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide business and functional support to Product Owners and Agile teams while shaping the product roadmap, creating user stories, and managing the product backlog.
- Conduct solution analysis to enhance customer journeys and improve product functionality.
- Work on small to medium-sized technology projects of low to medium complexity across multiple business units and geographies.
- Ensure teams operate effectively within an Agile delivery methodology, and that backlog management and solution analysis support wider Technology Projects and Programmes.
- Assess and support risk management by working with scrum masters, project managers, and senior stakeholders.
- Support project delivery throughout its lifecycle, from gathering user requirements to go-live.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of Core Banking capabilities.
- Demonstrate at least one technical capability such as cloud, digital, security, microservices, or platform architecture.
- Participate in Agile teams, preferably with DevOps practices such as continuous integration, deployment, and test automation.
- Apply Agile practices (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, LEAN) and use Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence; experience with Disciplined Agile and SAFe frameworks is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis.
- Solid domain expertise in Core Banking, with exposure to areas such as accounts, finance, and payments settlements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in managing or contributing to large projects with distributed teams.
- Exposure to modernization technologies like microservices and event-driven architecture.
Education: B.Tech M.Tech (Dual), B.Tech, M. Tech
