Description

Responsibilities:
 

  • Candidate must be a self-starting team player, able to manage multiple assignments at one time; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve; Ability to keep initiatives on track, strong organizational skills including attention to detail; Clarity, SharePoint, DevOps, Agile Methodology and PMO experience a plus.
  • Experienced in business process analyses, developing business requirements, use cases and needs assessments to align information technology solutions with business initiatives using industry accepted practices.
  • Experience in creating end user documentation, standards, and processes. Organizes and facilitates application testing and user acceptance to ensure business needs are met.
  • Provides support for Production incidents and facilitates troubleshooting and close out of reported issues for applications.
  • Support Clarity PPM application and initiatives, including project reviews, reports, annual planning, as well as testing/validation of changes, releases, patches and upgrades
