Description

The Business Analyst will play a key role in analyzing business objectives, identifying solutions, and optimizing current systems. The role involves gathering requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, and overseeing data mapping between legacy and third-party interface systems. This includes detailed documentation, system integration testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, particularly Accounts Receivable and Billing, and be highly effective in both written and verbal communication within large, distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational procedures, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand and document input/output requirements.
  • Write detailed descriptions of user needs, workflows, and development tasks.
  • Evaluate system specifications and feasibility for requested changes.
  • Lead and perform hands-on system integration testing.
  • Contribute to documentation, training, and other project-related deliverables.
