Job Title: Business Analyst Payment SME
Location:WALTHAM, MA/Onsite
Role Description:
- Current State Process Mapping and Target State Solution definition experience with complex global claims organization payment process
- Ability to independently lead requirements workshops and document business/IT requirements
- Work closely with business area liaisons, Payment Hub (One Inc) to scope and determine needs regarding Claims payment processes and functionality.
- Create business requirements, current state to target state process mapping, in alignment with change management procedures, throughout the life of the project.
- Documents new or revised processes and procedures that result from project efforts
- Drive Business / IT Workshops, Demos, UAT - Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the overall IT Claims Payment landscape.
- Follow process standards and able to handle the end-to-end requirements.
Competencies: Agile Way of Working, Digital : Pega, Commercial Payments, Claims Management-Commercial Lines
Experience (Years): 10 & Above
Essential Skills:
• Payment SME with 10+ years of experience in Commercial Claims.
• Pega CBA certified or experience in Pega Payment workflows
• Commercial Claims Life Cyle knowledge including end to end Claims Payment Process, Treasury, Payment Hub in Insurance (One Inc), Payment Channels, Disbursements, Payee Information Platform, Master Data Management.
• AGILE Certified Product Owner
• Knowledge on Pega is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and RDBMS
Desirable Skills:
• Demonstrate resourcefulness, time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
