Job Duties:
Responsible for supporting the application. Take the lead on help desk tickets, including troubleshooting the software, documenting issues for the development team, and helping end users with “how to” type questions. Participate in the standard system development life cycle, including design, development and testing of PeopleSoft objects (Reports, Interfaces, and Conversion programs, Extensions/Modifications). Work closely with team members responsible for making system changes and unit testing the application based on the design material produced by the Business Analyst. Conduct system/regression test code changes before submitting them for migration. This assumes successful completion of unit testing by the developers. Be responsible for updating job aids and potentially overseeing changes to training materials resulting from changes to the system. Report to a team lead and provide detailed, accurate, and timely status of tasks, issues, and help desk tickets being worked. Be a point of contact for the end users of these modules.
Job Requirements:
Requires Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information systems, or related field. Requires 5 years of experience with Peoplesoft, Coded Application Engine and Component Interface in job offered, Software Consultant, IT Engineer, Application Development Assoc Manager, or related occupation.
