Business Analyst

Create system design proposals,creates detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and translates it into functional specifications FRD and SRS also Use Cases and User Stories.
Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmers as DFD and WFD. Should have good knowledge of Entity relation and UML.
Lead design sessions in Wire framing and Prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information Process Flow.
Extensive experience in transforming complex business requirements into functional specifications. Preparing functional documents to show work breakdown and correct understanding of certain complex requirements.
Perform Testing by Use Cases. Analyst Regression and do SWOT analysis. Performing UAT by self and with end users.
Performing Effort Estimation to help the Marketing team. Preparing RFP and RFQ’s
Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing development frameworks and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
Provide orientation and training to end-users for all modified and new system. And ensure the UserManual and FAQ’s are provided to the end user.
Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post implementation support.

Good to have

Knowledge of SQL and My-SQL, Git.
Knowledge of Agile framework – daily scrum meeting, retrospective, burnout charts, product backlog.
