Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Evaluate and optimize existing workflows and processes
- Create clear, structured requirements documentation and user stories
- Work with product and engineering teams
- Ensure alignment across business and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.

- At least 10+ years of experience
- Strong financial/banking experience
