Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Evaluate and optimize existing workflows and processes
  • Create clear, structured requirements documentation and user stories
  • Work with product and engineering teams
  • Ensure alignment across business and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.



Mandatory Skills Description:

  • Proficiency in Business analysis:
  • At least 10+ years of experience
  • Strong financial/banking experience
  • Requirements elicitation
  • Working with stakeholders on different levels
  • Preparation of project documentation (including technical)
  • Jira
  • Confluence
