Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
• Understanding of user "pain-points", providing solutions to them.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of product backlogs.
• Analyze and document business processes and workflows.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in Agile methodologies and business analysis.
Requirements:
• Min 7 -8 years’ experience required, IT related tertiary education.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years' as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA & Confluence.
• Certification as a Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent is a must.
• Having business analysis work experience with SG Public Sector is a plus.
• Having business analysis work experience with large scale digital transformation projects is a plus.
