- Review, analyze, and resolve data quality issues within Investment Management (IM) data architecture.
- Support implementation of data governance frameworks, particularly in line with BCBS 239 standards.
- Coordinate data onboarding from internal and external sources into central repositories.
- Collaborate with data owners to define data quality rules; work with IT to strengthen data quality controls.
- Analyze business processes and data flows to identify areas for re-engineering and efficiency gains.
- Engage with stakeholders to prioritize and address data-related business needs.
- Document functional and business requirements for data-related initiatives.
- Support change management and participate in UAT activities.
- Identify and escalate data issues promptly.
- Contribute to broader initiatives under the Data & Analytics Group (DAG).

Key Qualifications:
- In-depth domain knowledge of investment banking and financial services data.
- 3–10 years of experience in financial services, especially investment management.
- Strong SQL skills for data profiling and analysis.
- Familiarity with coding (Python preferred).
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI is preferred
