Business Analyst

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
8+ years of business analysis experience on software development projects.
8+ years of experience preparing project-related documentation.
8+ years of experience facilitating requirements elicitation, creating documentation (traceability, use cases, prototypes, data models).
8+ years of experience facilitating workshops and interactive sessions with business and technical teams.
8+ years of strong production support analysis experience, including root cause analysis and resolution documentation.
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) and proficiency in technical writing.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and prototyping/mocking tools (e.g., Visio, SnagIt, Adobe Illustrator, Axure).
Ability to develop and maintain a deep understanding of business drivers and processes.
Experience in facilitating user acceptance testing, training, and implementation activities.
Ability to work independently with considerable latitude for initiative and judgment.
Familiarity with mainframe environments, SQL, Salesforce, Remedyforce, Core Java / J2EE, and relational databases.
Experience in process improvement strategies and methodologies.
Proven ability to lead change and design more efficient business processes.
Experience in the Oil & Gas industry and/or regulatory, compliance, or enforcement projects.
Strong conflict resolution and team collaboration skills
