Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the business analysis phase of projects, taking full ownership of requirement management.
Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, operations, and IT teams to capture and document software requirements.
Facilitate meetings, conduct interviews, and engage with business users to understand and refine needs.
Produce high-quality documentation including process flows, wireframes, report mockups, and requirement specifications using standard templates.
Ensure all deliverables are completed within project timelines and meet quality expectations.


Preferred Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in PL/SQL
Experience with one or more of the following tools/platforms is highly desirable:
SAP BusinessObjects (BO)
SAP HANA
Oracle Exadata
Power BI


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; preferred major in Computer Science or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Background in multi-line claims management systems or third-party administration is a plus.
