Client requires the Senior BA in SovOps to have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field
At least 8 years of strong business analysis experience, including 3 years in a senior role involving end-to-end IT solution implementation and integration with downstream systems
5 years of experience in banking, accounting, or the financial services sector
5 years of exposure to solution design and documenting business processes
5 years of experience in IT application testing and quality assurance
Understanding of Client’s business process (an advantage)
Knowledge of project and systems development lifecycles
Experience with Agile and Waterfall solution delivery
Skilled with Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
