Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Client requires the Senior BA in SovOps to have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 8 years of strong business analysis experience, including 3 years in a senior role involving end-to-end IT solution implementation and integration with downstream systems
• 5 years of experience in banking, accounting, or the financial services sector
• 5 years of exposure to solution design and documenting business processes
• 5 years of experience in IT application testing and quality assurance
• Understanding of Client’s business process (an advantage)
• Knowledge of project and systems development lifecycles
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall solution delivery
• Skilled with Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
