Business Analyst

Interview Process: Onsite interviews to be held at the Lansing office. For MS Teams interviews, please use a laptop and be prepared so share a screen if asked. Use of headphones is strongly discouraged. A screenshot photo of the candidate will be required for any interviews as well as a vendor present at the beginning of virtual interviews to validate the candidate.  

On-site: Candidates MUST be local at time of submission. Hiring manager is not currently interested in candidates who will need to relocate to accept an offer. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Position will be a hybrid work schedule onsite 2 days a week

Top Skills & Years of Experience:
• 8+ years of business analysis experience for complex computer systems.
• 8+ years of developing functional requirements for development projects.
• 8+ years of developing and implementing test plans and test cases.
• 8+ years of creating, updating and maintaining systems documentation and creating training plans and materials.
• 5+ years using CMM/CMMI Level 3 methods and practices.
• 5+ years implemented Agile development processes including test driven development.
• 5+ years programming in SQL and/or PL/SQL (Oracle Preferred)
• Experience with Azure DevOps and HIPAA Data
