Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in Scrum methodologies and project management tools to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in our Agile development process, collaborating closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to gather and analyze business requirements, define user stories, and prioritize tasks for each sprint. Your responsibilities will include facilitating and participating in Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Utilizing your expertise in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project, you will track project progress, manage tasks, and communicate updates to stakeholders effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting business processes, defining system requirements, and working closely with development teams to ensure that deliverables meet business needs and quality standards.
