Business Analyst

 Job Description

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking, Project Management, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering, or similar

5 years or more experience working as a Business Analyst in large, worldwide organizations

Working experience with creating different types of business analysis and project documentation for variety of stakeholders (senior management, operation departments, vendors, end users)

Working experience on dealing with technical Subject Matter Experts being able to run discussions, present solutions and ask questions

Working experience with processes (analysis, design & optimization - BPMN)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Very strong stakeholder management skills

Open-minded, proactive approach to improve surrounding reality and feeling comfortable adapting to change in fast-paced work environments

Prior experience in Cyber Security is a strong plus

Good presentation and communication skills

CCBA, CBAP certification or equivalent are welcome, though not mandatory.

Key points.

Focus On:

Minimum 4+ years of experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) with 2+ years of experience with any of the Secret management platform (Hashicorp, CyberArk, Beyond trust etc).

Experience in Privileged Account Onboarding: Collaborate with project teams to onboard privileged accounts onto the vaulting platform securely.

Cloud Skills: Proficient in AWS and/or Azure cloud services. Understand cloud infrastructure and best practices

Look for BA with cybersecurity experience, Data Security, Encryption Key Management, Tokenization , General Purpose HSM and Payment HSM etc.
