Agile & SCRUM methodology experience
Ability to define product roadmaps, backlogs & user stories
Strong documentation skills (functional & non-functional requirements)
Experience with user acceptance testing & defining acceptance criteria
Knowledge of software testing methodologies
Collaboration with UI/UX teams for user flows & wireframes

Good-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of Website & Mobile App Development
Experience with Drupal CMS Implementation & Maintenance
Understanding of CRM Campaign Development
Ability to translate user research into actionable insights
