What You'll Do:
 Gather, analyze, and document requirements for website & mobile app development.
 Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX teams, and developers.
 Define user stories, process flows, and system design specifications.
 Support product roadmaps, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
 Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate test cases.
 Work closely with tech teams to ensure smooth product releases.

What You Bring:
 10+ years of Business Analysis experience in web & mobile app development.
 Strong Drupal CMS expertise.
Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience.
Proven ability to map processes and gather system requirements.
Understanding of CRM campaign development.
Experience in highly regulated industries & the lottery domain
