· Six or more years of relevant work experience; 3+ years’ experience in managing large cross-functional projects
· Experience with project and program management and a proven track record of successful project execution
· Extensive JIRA expertise including Agile methodologies as it relates to project management
· The ability to manage escalated situations. This person will be required to articulate needs to stakeholders and relay pertinent information to management under tight deadlines
· Understanding obstacles and develop plans to overcome them
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate complex concepts in simple, actionable terms
· Highly motivated self-starter with preference to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment
· Experience presenting to management
· Experience with customer and sales flows in key CRM platforms and systems (i.e., SFDC, Adobe, etc.)

This role will be primarily responsible for:
· Building Use Cases for new decisioning functionality and the impact to offer operations Initiating milestones and timelines
· Aligning people and a willingness to take action and follow through Writing user stories
· Developing comprehensive views that summarize activities for executive, marketing and technical leads
· Responsible for producing high quality deliverables in a timely fashion, Perform technical evaluation of products.
· Perform user story grooming, iteration planning and retrospectives as well as implementation activities.
· Responsible for analyzing problems for the overall system (s) and program (s) while acting independently.
· Work as a team member and provide technical leadership and/or business-related subject matter expertise on programs of varying complexity.
· Ensure systems implementations occur in accordance with established Change Control procedures
