Business Analyst

Job Description:

Assess the current state of client software environments using interview sessions and user shadowing, and create current state process documents that highlight the processes through the creation of process flow diagrams. Identify software application solutions using fit analysis based on the current state processes and needs, and develop future state requirements that consist of functional and technical requirements and process flow diagrams. Deliver project proposals to management for new application implementations and work in Agile/Scrum environments. Work with MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, TFS, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Minimum Qualification:

Must have Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electr Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Will accept Bachelor's plus 5 years experience in lieu of Master's. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time.
