Business Analyst Insurance Domain

Skills:

• Want them to have good insurance knowledge, business analysis skills.
• Focus should be on clear business analysis skills within insurance, working with offshore teams (not offshore themselves)
• We don't need them to have specific system knowledge, experience across the Insurance value chain would be great
• Contract lengths – We want to see they're dependable, and they must have a track record of ongoing delivery with 1 year plus contract lengths- longevity
• Excellent Communications is critical. I want them to be articulate, concise.
• Consulting experience will be ideal, but not required
