Business Analyst

Web Synergies is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a major banking project focused on card management system migration. This includes capturing business and technology requirements, performing system analysis, and supporting UAT and data mapping activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop future product strategy and technology requirements for CMS migration.
• Support strategic migration planning and back-book clean-up.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to capture business and tech requirements.
• Analyse current system (Cardlink) and map to new system (HPS).
• Collaborate with vendors on data mapping and system integration.
• Assist with data conversion programs and testing plans.
• Support UAT processes and defect tracking.
• Bridge communication between business and technical teams.
• Support project governance and reporting.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst with CMS expertise.
• Strong experience in data mapping and migration strategy.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional specs and user stories.
• Proficient in UAT planning and defect management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
