Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with over 8 years of experience, specializing in the life insurance domain and product development. The successful candidate will have a strong background in policy administration platforms and IT business analysis, along with expertise in various technical and analytical tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze and document business requirements for life insurance products (Term, WL, UL) and annuity insurance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of product development and implementation on policy administration platforms.
- Conduct IT business analysis, including system testing, root cause analysis (RCA), and process improvements.
- Utilize PL/SQL for data analysis and reporting, and create compelling PowerPoint presentations using Excel and other tools.
- Apply business design principles to improve system functionality and efficiency.
- Employ automation tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Implement Agile methodology practices for project management, including meetings, reviews, estimations, reporting, and documentation.
Required Skills :
- In-depth knowledge of life insurance products and annuity insurance.
- Proven experience in product development and implementation on policy administration platforms.
- Strong IT business analysis skills with proficiency in PL/SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with business design, system testing, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Familiarity with automation tools and Agile methodology.
