Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for driving digital transformation in the Property & Casualty insurance space? We’re looking for someone who thrives in collaborative environments, understands complex business needs, and can bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
Lead requirements gathering sessions for Guidewire projects
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and user stories
Perform gap analyses and propose effective solutions
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams
Design solutions that align with business goals while leveraging Guidewire's out-of-the-box capabilities
🛠️ What You Bring:
Strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter
Solid understanding of the P&C insurance domain
Expertise in Agile SCRUM methodology
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
