Key Responsibilities
Translate logistics business needs into detailed JIRA user stories
Work closely with global teams (business & technical)
Create clear process flows using tools like Lucidchart or Visio
Facilitate cross-time-zone meetings and drive alignment
Bridge the gap between SMEs and development teams
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong knowledge of ERP Logistics, including inbound and outbound processes
Proficiency in JIRA, Lucidchart/Visio, and workflow documentation
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Flexible work hours (supporting PST mornings / EMEA overlap)
Nice to Have
Experience with SAP, Oracle, or major ERP platforms
Familiarity with WMS or supply chain systems
Agile or hybrid SDLC experience
